Our signature class for everybody. This class combines contemporary and classical pilates to help you strengthen, improve balance, and stretch. You're in control of the pace, while feeling empowered, challenged, and supported every step of the way.

Vibe: Moderate - High Energy

Focus: Full Body Strength

Your go-to class for building strength. This class elevates your pilates workout by incorporating strength and conditioning principles, challenging you through heavier springs and added weights. You'll finish this full-body class energised and with that post-pilates high.

This high-energy, jump board class will raise your heart rate and get you sweating, in the best kind of way. Moving through a mix of higher intensity and lighter movements, gives you a workout that builds power and stamina in a fun and energising way.

Meet Your Instructor

Emily Wordie-Thompson

​

Hi, I’m Emily! I’m a Pilates instructor and studio owner who genuinely loves helping people feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies. I’ve been teaching Pilates for over five years in studios ranging from small rural communities to busy metro spaces, and I love creating classes that are welcoming, fun and energising.

​

I aim bring an upbeat, down-to-earth energy to everything I do, shaped by my background in cycling and my love of being outdoors. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me adventuring in nature or hanging out with my dog, Sprocket. Alongside teaching, I hold a PhD in the role of muscle microvasculature in health and disease, which quietly informs the way I approach movement, health, and long-term wellbeing. I’m so excited to open my studio and share thoughtful movement and truly personalised health journeys with the Ringwood East community.
