Ringwood Easy Pilates is your local, inclusive, small class pilates studio. At REP, we truely believe pilates is for everyone. We want you to feel welcome, supported, and empowered to enjoy moving your body.

We keep classes small, capped at 8 people. This ensures we get to know each other, and we are able to provide you with the support and guidance you need in your classes to move in a way that feels good your body and your pilates goals.

Pilates looks different for everyone. That is why we have four different types of classes on offer. Our Classic, Strong, Power and Stretchy classes all have something to offer everyone looking to move their body in different ways. Finding the right class for you is easy.

Meet Your Instructor

Emily Wordie-Thompson, Studio Owner​

Hi, I’m Emily! I’m a Pilates instructor who genuinely loves helping people feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies. I’ve been teaching Pilates for over five years in studios ranging from small rural communities to busy metro spaces, and I love creating classes that are welcoming, fun and energising. ​I created REP as I believe there is a need for more studios that focus on creating a welcoming, supportive and fun experience for everyone, regardless of experience, ability, body shape or size. ​

I aim bring an upbeat, down-to-earth energy to everything I do, shaped by my background in exercise science research and my love of movement in all forms. My experience in research and other forms of movement quietly informs how I approach teaching. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me adventuring in nature or hanging out with my partner, Lincoln and dog, Sprocket.​

Our signature class for everybody. This class combines contemporary and classical pilates to help you strengthen, improve balance, and stretch. You're in control of the pace, while feeling empowered, challenged, and supported every step of the way.

Your go-to class for building strength. This class elevates your pilates workout by incorporating strength and conditioning principles, challenging you through heavier springs and added weights. You'll finish this full-body class energised and with that post-pilates high.

This high-energy, jump board class will raise your heart rate and get you sweating, in the best kind of way. Moving through a mix of higher intensity and lighter movements, gives you a workout that builds power and stamina in a fun and energising way.
