Our signature class for everybody. This class combines contemporary and classical pilates to help you strengthen, improve balance, and stretch. You're in control of the pace, while feeling empowered, challenged, and supported every step of the way.

Vibe: Moderate - High Energy

Focus: Full Body Strength

All levels welcome

Your go-to class for building strength. This class elevates your pilates workout by incorporating strength and conditioning principles, challenging you through heavier springs and added weights. You'll finish this full-body class energised and with that post-pilates high.

Vibe: High Energy

Focus: Full Body Cardio

All levels welcome

This high-energy, jump board class will raise your heart rate and get you sweating, in the best kind of way. Moving through a mix of higher intensity and lighter movements, gives you a workout that builds power and stamina in a fun and energising way.

Vibe: Relaxed Energy

Focus: Mobility, Recovery, Mindfulness

Perfect for beginners, all levels welcome

Stretching just got a major upgrade. This class will guide you through a sequence of dynamic stretches and movements from head to toe, leaving you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and mobile.
