FAQ's
How do I book a class?
It's super simple to book a class with us. You can either book a class on our website, or book a class using the MINDBODY app.
I've never done pilates before, where should I start?
Welcome to REP! We're so excited to take you through your first class. We want to make sure you feel comfortable and supported regardless of your ability, so all of our classes are open level and ready for whatever mood or type of movement you're looking for.

If you're still not sure which class to try first, we recommend our signature Classic moves class to get a feel of our vibe and explore our classes from there.

Please remember that you are always encouraged to move at your own pace. Exercises can be modified easily to find what feels best for you. Move to how you feel is our motto!
What do I need for my class?
We recommend you wear something that you feel comfortable moving in. Grippy socks are required during our classes for health and safety reasons. If you don't have any, don't stress, we have plenty of cute pairs for purchase. We highly recommend you bring a water bottle and a towel (especially if you are attending Power moves!).
I'm pregnant, can I still do pilates?
Firstly, congratulations! If you are continuing your pilates journey, you are more than welcome to join our classes. If you're new to Pilates and have been cleared to exercise by your doctor, you can absolutely join our classes!
Our instructors fully understand the exercise guidelines during pregnancy and are highly skilled at offering options and alternatives to support you during class.
I have an injury, can I come to a class?
Our instructors are highly skilled at modifying exercises and providing options during classes if you have an injury. However, we recommend that you get in touch with us first to ensure we can fully accommodate you. Depending on the injury, we may require medical clearance before you join us for a class. While Pilates can be a great tool for rehabilitation, please note that our studio is not a clinical setting and our instructors cannot diagnose or treat injuries.
Is there an age requirement?
While we believe pilates is for everybody, for safety reasons, our classes are suitable for those aged 14 or older.
What if I'm running late?
We totally get that life happens, and sometimes you might be running a little late. We have a 5-minute late policy, giving you a little bit of wiggle room to make it to class on time, while still ensuring your safety and consideration for others in the class.
How do I cancel my class?
We know that sometimes you may not be able to attend the classes you planned. All we ask is that you give us 6 or more hours' notice. This will give someone else the opportunity to book in. All sessions cancelled with 6 hours or more notice will be credited back to your account. Cancellations made within 6 hours or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited.
