Get Started at Ringwood East Pilates

Congrats on taking the first step towards making time for yourself and finding movement that feels good for you. đź’›

Pilates can be a great addition to your weekly routine, helping you feel refreshed, challenged, stronger and more confident in what your body can do.

Whatever your goals are, whatever your reason for moving, and wherever you’re starting from, you’re welcome here.

We can’t wait to welcome you into the Ringwood East Pilates community.

The most popular way to get started?

Our 28-day introductory offers are designed to give you time to settle in, explore the studio and find a routine that works for you.

And if you’re feeling nervous about starting, haven’t exercised in a while, or simply want a little more support before jumping into regular classes, we’ve created something especially for you.

Move Without Fear

28 Day Beginner Program at Ringwood East Pilates

A supportive first 28 days for people who want to feel stronger, more confident and comfortable moving again, without needing to keep up with anyone else.

You don’t need Pilates experience.

You don’t need to feel fit first.

And you don’t need to walk through the door already feeling confident.

You just need somewhere that lets you start exactly where you are.

No experience needed. We’ll help you with the rest.

Maybe you’ve been thinking about starting Pilates for a while…

But something keeps stopping you.

Maybe it’s been a long time since you exercised and you feel like you’re starting from scratch.

Maybe you don’t feel as comfortable or confident moving your body as you used to.

Maybe you worry you’ll walk into class and everyone else will already know what they’re doing.

Or maybe you’ve caught yourself thinking:

“I need to get a little fitter before I start.”

“What if I can’t keep up?”

“What if everyone notices I don’t know what I’m doing?”

“I wouldn’t even know where to begin.”

If any of that sounds familiar, you’re exactly who we created Move Without Fear for.

Because you shouldn’t have to feel confident enough for Pilates before you start Pilates.

Confidence is something we can help you build along the way.

Starting from scratch is allowed here.

At Ringwood East Pilates, we don’t expect you to walk through the door already knowing how to use a reformer.

We don’t expect you to choose the hardest option.

And we definitely don’t expect you to keep up with the person next to you.

Instead, we help you learn.

We give you time to understand the movements.

We offer different options.

We answer your questions.

And we encourage you to make choices based on what feels right for your body.

Because Pilates shouldn’t leave you feeling like you failed at exercise.

It should help you discover what your body is capable of.

Your first 28 days don’t have to feel overwhelming.

Move Without Fear was created to take some of the uncertainty out of beginning Pilates.

Instead of arriving at your first class wondering where to stand, how the reformer works or whether you’re going to be able to keep up, we help you become familiar with REP first.

Over your 28 days, you’ll have time to learn the foundations, understand your options, explore different classes and gradually build a movement routine that works for you.

There’s no expectation that you suddenly become someone who exercises every day.

sss

There’s no number of classes you have to complete to prove you’re doing it properly.

The goal is simply to help you go from:

“I have no idea what I’m doing.”

to

“Okay… I’m starting to get this.”

to

“I know how to make this work for me.”

Here’s what extra support can look like

Start with a tailored welcome session

Before you’re expected to know what you’re doing, we’ll show you.

Your welcome session gives you time to become familiar with the studio, the reformer and the way we teach at REP.

You can ask questions, talk through anything you’re nervous about and learn some of the basics before stepping into your regular classes.

So your first class doesn’t have to feel like walking into the unknown.

Learn in our more supportive class environment

Our slower-paced and foundation-style classes give you more time to understand what you’re doing.

Rather than rushing through movements while trying to copy the person next to you, you’ll be encouraged to slow things down, ask questions and choose the option that works for your body.

You don’t get bonus points for doing the hardest variation here.

Sometimes the best option is the one that helps you feel strong, comfortable and in control.

Take 28 days to find your rhythm

You’ll have time to experience the studio, try different class styles and discover what works for you.

With 40+ classes available each week, there’s plenty of opportunity to find days and times that fit into your actual life.

Because Pilates should work around your life.

Not the other way around.

Be somewhere your instructor knows who you are

One of the reasons REP exists is because we know how easy it is to feel invisible in a fitness space.

Our classes are intentionally small.

We’ll learn your name.

We’ll notice when you need help.

We’ll remember the options that work well for you.

And if you look a little lost, we’re not going to leave you wondering whether you’re doing it wrong.

We’re here to support you.

This isn’t a keep-up kind of studio.

There isn’t one “correct” version of Pilates at REP.

You can take the easier option.

Slow things down.Rest when you need to.

Ask us to explain something again.

Choose another movement.

Change your mind halfway through.

Do something completely different to the person next to you.

Our job isn’t to make everyone in the room move exactly the same way.

Our job is to give you enough support and information to make choices for your own body.

That’s what we mean when we say:

Movement your way.

Which 28-day option is right for you?
